The ideal candidate will be an engaging individual who excels in a fast-paced environment, a team player who can communicate efficiently and effectively through verbal and written communication with various constituents.
Additionally, the Administrative Assistant is someone who:
can demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, initiative and independence, is a multi-tasker who can organize and prioritize projects, works with confidential and sensitive information.
Requirements:
Excellent computer skills are a must including a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3-5 years' experience in a professional, confidential office environment.
High School graduate.
Preferences:
Familiarity working in an office environment is highly preferred.
Post-secondary education in business/accounting.
Accounts Payable experience preferred.
