This is a full-time position that is set to begin immediately at our Greenville office.
Candidate must have strong computer skills & knowledge, as well as proficiencies in Google Maps & Search Engines, routine email correspondence, Microsoft Office Suite, and have the ability to quickly learn in-house software programs and databases.
The ideal candidate must also have:
Above average verbal and written communications Display both professional and energetic phone skills Possess the ability to build relationships with customers Proficient with accurate data entry Detail-oriented Job duties include but are not limited to:
Direct customer interaction via phone and the occasional walk-in Ensuring all charters adhere to the Department of Transportation Hours of Service Laws Learning the pricing system and providing detailed quotes to potential clients Requesting & entering itineraries into the system Securing client payments Maintaining customer files including providing customers with reports regarding their charters when required Answering overflow dispatch calls Job Type:
